CO object: standard rate totals
Activity-based costing is method of measuring the cost and performance
of business processes and cost objects. ABC assigns costs to business processes
based on their use of resources. The costs incurred by business processes
are assigned to cost objects (such as products, services, customers, orders,
etc.) based on their utilization of these processes. ABC recognizes the
causal relationship between cost drivers and business processes.
